Calendar Classes Sync is a personal tool operated by Blake Mealey for one verified account. It is not offered as a public service.
Scope and authorization
The user decides when to invoke the tool and whether to authorize the proposed synchronization. Preparing or displaying a preview does not authorize calendar changes.
Routine changes are limited by application code to the bound Stanford Classes calendar. Any cleanup of legacy events elsewhere requires approval tied to the exact calendar and event records. The tool does not implicitly invite guests, create Meet links, widen sharing, or enable background synchronization.
Accuracy and review
Calendar output depends on the information exposed by Stanford and Google at the time of the run. Source coverage gaps, schedule changes, manual edits, time-zone rules, or unavailable services can affect a proposed result.
The user remains responsible for checking official academic dates, course obligations, and important changes. The calendar is a convenience and does not replace Stanford’s official records.
Interrupted operations
The operation journal supports verification and reconciliation. An uncertain result blocks further changes until it can be resolved or explicitly acknowledged. The journal does not guarantee exactly-once remote execution.
Synchronization may require review rather than automatic repetition, especially after an ambiguous create, update, or deletion.
Availability and access
This personal tool has no public availability or support commitment. Authentication can expire, service interfaces can change, and a human sign-in or permission step may be required.
Use remains subject to the relevant Stanford, Google, and Codex or ChatGPT terms and policies. See the privacy policy for how information is handled and access can be revoked.
