Class calendars,
kept together.
Calendar Classes Sync is a private, manually invoked tool that retrieves Blake’s exposed Stanford class calendar and synchronizes it with the private Stanford Classes Google calendar.
How it works
When requested in Codex, the tool reads the signed-in Stanford account’s calendar, compares it with Google Calendar, and prepares a preview. An explicitly authorized synchronization can create, update, or remove managed class events.
There is no automatic background monitoring. A preview alone does not authorize changes.
Google access
The Google authorization covers events on calendars the user owns, calendar-list metadata, and read-only sharing rules. The tool’s code restricts routine changes to the bound Stanford Classes calendar. Removing old imports from the primary calendar requires approval of the exact legacy events.
The app does not request calendar-creation or sharing-write permissions. See the privacy policy for storage, processing, and revocation details.
Review and recovery
A local operation journal records identifiers and verification metadata to help reconcile interrupted operations and avoid duplicate events. It is not a content archive and cannot guarantee exactly-once remote execution.
Incomplete source coverage, manual changes, or an uncertain result can require review before further changes. The personal-use terms describe these boundaries.
